The Expatriate Frozen Pension Battle

There are many expat pensioners with frozen pension as per the reports from the country of their residence. Studies and surveys have showed that more than 23 percent people within 45 to 65 year old age bracket would consider moving after retirement provided that the freeze is lifted.  However, they find it hard to join their families who have already moved to another country. They are suffering just because of the frozen pension schemes.

On the general note, people at large are not aware of the state pension scheme and its influence on people planning to emigrate. People are required to keep upfront and raise the issue and reach local MPs to put their problems to them and ask why they are kept deprived of the facilities even after paying the mandatory contributions. Awareness is needed in this regard to take immediate steps for the betterment of pensioners. To know more click here.
